This is your chance to take a fantastic community experience—a sauna and cold plunge—and elevate it with deeper intention. Together, we’ll foster connection, understanding, and meaningful conversation in a supportive and welcoming environment.

This unique experience is guided by the time-honored framework of ritual circle spaces, passed down through generations.

What to Expect:

• Three gentle rounds in the sauna (no longer than 20 minutes each)
  mixed with cold plunges/showers.

• Freedom to step out early if needed—this is YOUR journey!

• A structured, facilitated space with a prompt designed to foster deeper levels of conversation & connection.

 The space will be held and facilitated by one of the following experienced community members:

Loghan started this experience and now that it is growing, and to ensure that sessions are held every week, Seth, Rebecca, Emma and Jeremy have joined the team. Each will follow the basic structure and agreements, and each will bring their own unique energy and expertise to the space.
