Welcome to Circle in Sauna!

This experience will be instructed by the framework of ritual circle spaces which has been used and passed down over decades and generations.

Due to this being a sauna space, this will be a very gentle introduction, with short rounds in the sauna, mixed with cold plunges/showers. No round will go longer than 15 minutes at the longest and you are welcome to leave any round early if need be.

It will be a facilitated and structured space with a quick orientation prior to heading in and a final check out after the last plunge.

All of the wonderful amenities associated with Hearth Sauna including onsite changing rooms will be offered as normal.
