Approach

My approach is deeply rooted and informed by my own healing and transformational journey within the men’s work movement. Over time, as a devoted student of this path, I’ve developed spaces and practices that blend ancient wisdom with contemporary approaches.

I’m not a guru, coach, or licensed practitioner—I’m simply here to help you access the inner wisdom and strength you already possess. I believe the body, mind, and spirit hold profound knowledge; we just need the right support and guidance to face ourselves and alchemize our own caves into the gold of our future.

In our work together, I’ll listen to your story, your struggles, and your goals. If I’m the right fit for your journey, we’ll create a personalized roadmap for exploration. If not, I’ll do my best to recommend someone who can meet your needs. This isn’t one-size-fits-all work—it’s about creating a safe, supportive space for your unique process.

I approach this with humility, compassion, and a deep passion for the transformative power of men’s work. This path changed my life when I was at my breaking point—burnt out professionally, struggling with relationships, and using vices to cope.

If you’re here, I know life isn’t perfect right now. I want you to know you’re not alone, and nothing is wrong with you. The feelings your experiencing are valid. We live in an overstimulated, isolating, and often unkind world that teaches us to suppress and endure instead of express and heal. That’s not okay or healthy, no matter how normalized it’s become.

A mentor (Vince Matoska) once told me about a man who said he was “pushing a shopping cart full of ‘fuck its,’” and I found that both hilarious and deeply relatable. My invitation to you is this: lean in, face the fear of confronting yourself, and say “fuck it.”

If you’re local, I invite you to come to an open circle. If not, let’s hop on a call and begin the process of being seen, heard, and supported.

Commitments

Carl Jung repeatedly warned “the therapist cannot accompany the patient any further than the therapist has gone”.

Though it is well documented throughout this site that I am not a therapist and I do not refer to anyone as a “patient”, this sentiment is powerful and sums up my commitment as a facilitator and cave warrior.

Below are my commitments that I make to each man who steps in with me:

I am actively committed to doing my own work. Committed to my own healing, transformation, growth and exploration.

I am committed to being a life long student of this work, continuing to push and explore my own edges and bringing new wisdom, resources and tools into the containers in which I am facilitating.

I commit to clearly communicating if I am or am not the right person to help you. I understand that we are all in different places in life and that finding the right fit is critical.

It is my commitment to create spaces that are non-judgemental, compassionate and expansive, with an underlying current of fierce accountability to protect and uphold the integrity of each space I am in.

I am committed to creating a safe, ritual space regardless of the container and commit to communicating if I am unable to do so for any reason.

I expect and welcome being held accountable when I am out of integrity with my own/our shared agreements.

I commit to always making myself available and listening to any feedback or concerns.
