This guy's walking down the street when he falls in a hole.

The walls are so steep
he can’t get out.

A doctor passes by. The guy shouts up, “Can you help me out?” The doctor writes a prescription, throws it down, and moves on.

Then a priest walks by. “Father, I’m in this hole, can you help me out?” The priest writes a prayer, throws it down, and moves on.

Then a friend walks by. “Hey Joe, I’m stuck—can you help me out?”

The friend jumps in.

The guy says, “Are you crazy? Now we’re both down here.”

The friend replies,
“Yeah. But I’ve been here before, and I know the way out.”

Welcome

My name is Loghan Call.

I am a fierce advocate for the healing & transformation of men.

Supporting men in recovering their soul and mission.

For remembering who we are and why we are here.

A guide for any man ready for the hero’s journey

And the commitment of walking the narrow path.

This site exists because a few years ago, I was in that hole in the quote mentioned above. I was a boy in a man’s body, without any sort of roadmap as to how to navigate out of it.

I consider myself exceptionally fortunate to have found incredible men, tools and resources that have allowed me to slowly pull myself out of the hole and begin the process of becoming the man that I always knew that I was capable of.

I am here to provide the same support I received for men looking for the same.

There is everything imaginable out there: peak experiences, guru’s, retreats, plant medicine journey’s…you know it, it’s out there. Many of them play an important role.

What doesn’t get enough air time, is integration and daily support. Life is massively overwhelming and overstimulating, everything and everyone is requiring our attention.

If you’re anything like me, you know burnout all too well. Everywhere you look there are things needing tending too…and then, there’s that voice, that feeling within you.

The inner knowing that this isn’t sustainable. The coping, the vices, the drugs, the gambling, the porn…it can sooth for a moment, but it’s not nearly enough.

Then there’s the family relationships, the co-dependency with women, struggling with true intimacy.

The list goes on and on.

You’re not alone. Every man that I’ve worked with, sat in circle with and had the privilege to learn from have all shared the same struggles.

That’s because none of us were given a manual, a foundation…any sort of guidance on how to navigate the world as anything but a man who can put his head down and work. The man whose value is all externalized. Who hasn’t considered how to actually love and respect himself.

That’s why this site and what I offer exists. I know how bad it is, I know how hard men are struggling and I am committed to offering a hand up in a variety of ways.

I am here and thriving because I had support. I am confident that my transformation would not have been possible without the support of other men capable of seeing, hearing and loving me and my journey.

This is what I offer any man who is ready to step in. It isn’t easy, it’s the hardest journey I’ve ever walked and I would do it again in a heartbeat. There is no silver bullet, no pill or quick fix. Anyone telling you there is, run fast.

I am however, here to of support for you in your own unique journey of becoming the man you know is within you.

With reverence,

Loghan

A Tendency to Shine

By Adyashanti From My Secret is Silence

“If you prefer smoke over fire then get up now and leave.

For I do not intend to perfume your mind’s clothing with more sooty knowledge.

No, I have something else in mind.

Today I hold a flame in left hand and a sword in my right.

There will be no damage control today.

God is in a mood to plunder your riches and fling you nakedly into such breathtaking poverty

that all that will be left of you will be a tendency to shine.

So don’t just sit around this flame choking on your mind.

This is no campfire song to mindlessly mantra yourself to sleep with.

Jump now into the space between thoughts and exit this dream

before I burn the damn place down.”
